Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium barbecue products. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
3. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
4. Ship Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the return authorization form.
5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Refund Information

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 3-10 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used BBQ fuel products (Houtskool, Kokosbriketten, Chips, Chunks)
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Products that have been installed or used (such as assembled BBQs or Kamado’s)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
